2026 Park Hill Art Club Holiday Arts and Crafts Show

We are looking forward to featuring works from our many talented member artists at the 2026 Park Hill Art Club Holiday Arts and Crafts Show.

WHEN: Members can register for the show starting Saturday, September 14, 2026. Registration closes on Saturday, October 18th, or sooner if space has sold out.

ELIGIBILITY: All Park Hill Art Club Members. Click here to become a Park Hill Art Club member or to renew your membership.You must have an active PHAC membership to exhibit your work in the show.

SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN: 

• Set up is on Friday, November 6, from 4 to 6 pm and 8-10 am on Saturday November 7, in the church gymnasium.
• Breakdown begins at 4 pm the day of the show. Artists may not break down early.
• Artists are responsible for customer interactions, and must be present for the entire day. No arriving after opening, or leaving before closing.
• 8x8 booths with wall space-$35
• Booth with panels in center of room (37" x 69" each panel) sold in multiples of 2-$35 for each pair. 
• Two artists can share a booth. To share a booth, register yourself as you normally would. Co-exhibitor no longer needs to be registered, but they must be an active member. It is the registered artist's responsibility to communicate all requirements and guidelines to a co-exhibitor.  

As part of the registration process, we are asking every exhibitor to volunteer a little time to help support the show.

• Distribute yard signs one week before the show (November 1^st) (~2 hours)

• Distribute posters and flyers in local neighborhoods, beginning 3 weeks before the show (October 17^th) (~2 hours)

• Contribute refreshments for day of show

We are pleased to offer exhibit space for Emerging Artists

Eligibility requirements

• Must be a club member

• Have never exhibited at a Park Hill Art Club show before

• Work a two hour shift staffing emerging artist booth space

• Encouraged to volunteer to support our show, as listed above

We encourage any artist who has not exhibited to sign up to contribute up to 3 pieces, no larger than 18x24 inches. There is no booth cost to you,  and as with other artists, PHAC will take 20% commission, and is responsible for collecting taxes and paying credit card fees. 

This is a great opportunity for you to be able to exhibit your work without having to commit to a booth, and is limited to the first 6 artists to register.
