Information for Art Instructors |
We love our art instructors and have hosted many wonderful classes and workshops over the years! The process to get your class approved and posted to our website is as follows: (please allow 2 weeks for the whole process)
1. Please contact Sherry Graham, our Education Coordinator, to discuss your class idea, and get it approved. Her contact information is by email: houlton24@comcast.net.
2. Upon approval from Sherry, please complete the form below. Before you do so, please be ready to provide the information listed below. We must have your:
1. Class name (include a catchy title to get folks excited)
2. Class dates and times
3. Class description - a full description of your class and include: the level of skill (beginner, intermediate, advanced), the benefits, the experience, and what makes your class unique
4. The price to charge for members and non-members (add $28 per student for non-members)
5. Supplies for the student to bring to class
6. Supplies that you, the instructor, will provide
7. Your contact information for students (email and phone number)
8. Your Artist Bio (a short paragraph or two)
9. An image to promote your class (please make a 1200px by 400px image as a jpeg) if you are unable to, please let us know and we will assist you
10. If you are willing, we'd love to have a short video (15-20 seconds) in a reel format to promote your class on our social media channels
After you have everything ready to be posted, please complete and submit the form below. Please also email parkhillartclub@gmail.com to let us know that you are ready to have your class posted to our website. Once we post your class, you will have an opportunity to review the post and maximum one round of class revisions.
