PHAC is having another yard sale! Past years’ sales were HUGELY successful, and we need your help to make this sale equally as good or better .

WHEN? The sale is June 13, 9am-2pm

WHERE? Park Hill United Methodist Church (PHUMC) parking lot

WHAT TO DONATE?

•Art and craft supplies you’re not using.

•Artwork you want to pass on: “Failed” or practice paintings, reuseable canvases

•Art books.

•PLEASE DON’T bring any large or heavy items that may be difficult to sell or difficult for

volunteers to move after the sale if they don’t sell.

How the sale works:

•The sale is part of the Annual Park Hill Neighborhood Yard Sale

•There are no set prices. Customers pay what they can.

•PHAC donates 100% of our proceeds immediately after the sale. In past years we

donated to PHUMC and to Historic Grant Avenue where we hold classes.

•Any unsold items are donated. Last year, donated unsold items to the Colorado Coalition

for the Homeless and the Art Gym.

How to donate:

•Start going through you stuff and see what art supplies you want to donate.

•Ideally, you will drop off your donation at PHUMC between 8 and 9am on June 13.

•If you cannot drop off on the morning of June 13, email Ruby at akaruby2001@yahoo to make arrangements for early drop-off.

Want to help with the sale?

•We will need a few volunteers to help with setup, breakdown, and sales.

•Volunteering for this event is fun. You might get first look at items for sale, or you might

meet some of the amazing artists, art lovers, art students, and wannabe artists who will shop the sale.
