2026 Spring Art Show & Auction

Base fee:
  • Two artists can share a booth.

    To share a booth, simply register yourself make sure your guests is also an active PHAC member.

  • Sold in pairs. Artist will have two panels (a corner) and space for their own small (2 foot) table if they choose. Can buy more than one pair (see next page)
  • Exhibiting members are encouraged to donate a piece for our first ever Silent Auction. Auction proceeds will go towards upgrading Show materials and promotional budget.
    Specifications: maximum size of 18" x 24", and appropriate for an opening bid of at least $40.

Welcome to registration for our Spring Art Show and Auction, to be held Saturday, May 2, 2026. We are looking forward to featuring works from our many talented member artists.

New this Spring! This year, we're adding a first-ever Silent Auction, featuring donated pieces from our wonderful exhibitors. A portion of the proceeds will support the Park Hill Food Pantry. 

WHEN: Members can register for the show starting Thursday, March 12, 2026. Registration closes on Thursday, April 16th, or sooner if space has sold out.

ELIGIBILITY: All Park Hill Art Club Members. Click here to become a Park Hill Art Club member or to renew your membership.You must have an active PHAC membership to exhibit your work in the show.

SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN: 

  • Set up is on Friday, May 1 from 4 to 6 pm and 8-10 am on Saturday May 2nd in the church gymnasium.
  • Breakdown begins at 4 pm the day of the show. Artists may not break down early.
  • Artists are responsible for customer interactions, and must be present for the entire day. No arriving after opening, or leaving before closing.
  • 10x10 booths with wall space-$30
  • 10x5 booths, some with very limited wall space-$25
  • Booth with panels in center of room (37" x 69" each panel) sold in multiples of 2-$35 for each pair. You may register for more than one pair of panels.
  • To buy more than one pair of panels register for one set of panels, proceed to next page to add additional pairs.
  • Two artists can share a booth. To share a booth, register yourself as you normally would. Co-exhibitor no longer need to be registered, but they must be an active member. It is the registered artist's responsibility to communicate all requirements and guidelines to a co-exhibitor.
