Create Stunning Creations Out of Glass
This glass design class has absolutely beautiful results and can be nearly completed in a 3 hour period.
Wanda will provide everything needed including the substrate of fence boards.
Here are the basic steps:
1. Choose a design- floral, landscape, bird, flamingo, building
2. Draw and paint the under design. This step is fast and loose using acrylic paints.
3. Start choosing glass colors and shapes. I will have lots of glass cut into small pieces already. I just happen to have at least 20 different colors of class. Glue the glass down using Glossy Accents.
4. You will leave the class with enough pieces to complete your project and your bottle of adhesive (Glossy Accents)

SUPPLIES INSTRUCTOR WILL PROVIDE
Wanda will bring all supplies needed for this project including:
- Wooden fence boards as the substrate
- Paints
- Brushes
- Chalk for drawing
- Adhesive
- Glass
- Glass cutters
- Safety glasses
- Band aids
SUPPLIES TO BRING
Students are welcome to bring any acrylic paints that they adore. Perhaps bring 1 or 2 medium size brushes that have experienced a lot of use and love!
Container(s) for washing brushes - PLEASE NOTE: Students are required to bring a container for acrylic paint waste and will need to take it home to dispose of properly. It CANNOT be poured down the drains at our new location. Students are also encouraged to wipe brushes clean.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Wanda taught public school for over 30 years, and thus it came naturally for her to teach adults. She adores creating so it has been an easy transition for her to share her ideas about art with all her students.
Whimsical fun classes with lots of information and ideas are her signature style!!!!
