Call for Entry is open for the 18th Annual Lone Tree Art Expo. Artists may submit up to three images via CaFÉ™ (www.callforentry.org). Categories include: Painting, Drawing, Watercolor, Mixed Media and Sculpture. Prize money will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place winners in each category as well as Best of Show and Commissioners’ Choice.

The Aurora Artists Guild, a non-profit arts organization, joins the Community College of Aurora to present the 25th Annual Gateway to the Rockies Art Show.
Located in Aurora, Colorado, artists are invited to submit up to 3 images per category. The categories are photography, Two dimensional fine art and miniatures. Cash and prizes are awarded in each category. Special events including opening night wine/hors d'oeuvres reception will be held throughout the show.
528.0 Regional Juried Printmaking Exhibition 2020Call Type: Exhibitions
The 528.0 Regional Juried Printmaking Exhibition is open to artists residing within a 528.0 mile radius of Denver, Colorado. This exhibition will be sponsored by the Invisible Museum and take place at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities in Arvada, Colorado. The number 5,280 refers to Denver’s status as the Mile High City. This exhibition seeks to celebrate the expansive diversity of contemporary printmaking found within this western region. It will fill the Arvada Center’s Main Gallery, a nearly 6,000 square foot space, and at the same time in the Arvada Center’s other two exhibition spaces, an exhibition of Print Educators of Colorado will take place, all in conjunction with Denver’s Month Of Printmaking (March 2020).

Entry Fee (Passage): $35.00
Call for artwork relating to the concept of Passage, moving through something on the way from one place to another. Interpretations may be literal, as in a portal, or journey. Or metaphorical, as in emotional change, rites of passage, personal growth and transition. Passage also relates to a passage in a piece of music, a passage in a book, or a passage in time.
All media considered which comply with the size limitation, 24” in any one direction including frame. All media considered except video/audio, performance and installation.
Entry fee: $35 for up to three submissions
JUROR: Gwen Chanzit is Curator Emerita of Modern Art and the Herbert Bayer Collection and Archive at the Denver Art Museum, and is Professor of the Practice and Director of Museum Studies in Art History at the University of Denver.
LOCATION: Niza Knoll Gallery, celebrating it’s tenth year, specializing in intriguing conceptual exhibits. The gallery is located in Denver's Historic Arts District on Santa Fe, hosting first and third Friday events, monthly salons, private concerts and guest speakers.
BEST OF SHOW/HONORABLE MENTIONSCash prizes and a copy of the exhibition catalog will be presented to one artist for best of show ($200) and three ($100) honorable mentions will be awarded with copies of the exhibition catalog. The awards will be announced on the opening date of the show, as selected by the Juror.
